We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

To request a return, email info@urbancoastile.com with:

• Order number
• Quantity being returned
• Reason for return

Once approved, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must be included with your return.

Please Note

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Broken or damaged tile, samples, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Please package all returns carefully, as tile is fragile until installed. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
